A very good quality pair of English Antique Victorian open armchairs made from the best quality mahogany timbers. These lovely antique chairs would make an excellent pair of desk chairs for an antique partners desk.
The chairs have a nicely curved back rails, generous
scrolling arms and padded seats upholstered in a quality chestnut coloured hide.
They stand on turned baluster front legs and swept back rear legs.
We have cleaned and wax polished these chairs and re-upholstered the seats. They have an excellent antique wax finish with a lovely aged patina developed over many years of use.
These are a very solid, good quality, pair of Engliah antique chairs of generous proportions and would look very handsome with an antique partners desk or as library or sitting
room chairs.
