This
antique Regency mahogany open armchair This is an excellent example
of a saber leg chair from the Regency period with a shaped panel
back and beautifully swept scrolling arms.
The padded drop in seat has recently been upholstered in quality brown
hide and a very comfortable seat in which to relax. It is very rare
to find a chair of this age in such pristine condition.
This
genuine Regency chair has no evidence of tension cracking or repairs
which you will normally see of chairs from this period. It is an un-restored
Regency chair and a rare find!
