William 1V Mahogany Open Armchair circa 1840

A most attractive antique chair of excellent quality, with figured mahogany shaped back, scrolling arms with carved capitals and turned octagonal front legs.

The chair is of substantial size and is very comfortable to sit in. The seat has been reupholstered in a rich brown quality hide.
