This is a good quality, antique writing table is made from English oak. It has a dark tan hide writing surface with guilt and blind tooling. This is surrounded by a three inch border of oak with a thumb moulding to the edge.

Below are two deep drawers of dovetail construction with ogee moulding's to the fronts. The drawers have turned wooden knobs and each is fitted with a a brass lock with key.

This antique table stands on four well turned legs with its original brass cup castors with brown ceramic wheels. The table has an attractive nut brown patina and is a very useful and serviceable size.
