in 1980 Burrells Antiques is a Worcestershire based business specialising
in antique office furniture. All restoration is undertaken by professional
restorers and furniture is ready to be installed in your office or home.

Desks 'Gavin
has over 30 years experience in the antique furniture business, he has
a passion for well made quality English furniture.
In 1974 he left his teaching career to follow his passion and entered
the antiques world.
Starting
as an auctioneer for a large Birmingham based company he went on to set
up 'Gavin Burrell Antiques' sourcing and supplying quality antiques for
the trade.
During the following 27 years Gavin's business evolved to cover many types
of antiques, pianos and Arts & Crafts furniture.
Today 'Burrell's Antique Desks' offers quality restored antique office
furniture at affordable prices.

Co-Director of 'Burrell's Antique Desks' Kathi covers marketing, administrations
and customer services.
Kathi has many years experience in local government education departments
and moved over to join Gavin in the business in 2006.
'I put great emphasis on ensuring customers receive a high quality and
professional service with that personal touch a small business can give.
The business continues to grow and we enjoy selling to customers all over
the world.'

A background in engineering gave George a fine eye for detail which turned
out to a definite advantage when he started his career as a furniture
restorer 25 years ago.
Initially working for a large antique business George applied his steady
hands and precision tooling skills to antique furniture and after 13 years
he started his own restoration business.
With many prestigious contracts undertaken on projects as varied as restoring
Jerome K Jerome’s Wolverhampton oak office and the restoration of
Walsall Town Hall ornate Victorian oak fireplace, and Council Chamber
furniture .
George is now a well established and respected furniture restorer.
