UK customers can pay by the following methods:
Paying for Your Purchase:
By personal or business cheque in (GBP).
By direct bank transfer.
By cash (GBP)
Overseas customers can pay by Bank Transfer, or Sterling Cheque's (GBP only).
As a small family business we do require cleared payment of goods before they are delivered or shipped to you.To assist in calculating the estimated currency conversion we have included XE.com Personal Currency Assistant currency converter. This will give an accurate commercial exchange rate but your bank may have a slightly different rate so please check their rate first.
Viewing in Person:
You can view our stock in person at Studio House, 143 Chester Road South, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, England. We are very easy to find on the A449 Worcester to Wolverhampton road, 15 miles west of Birmingham. Please contact us to arrange a convenient date and time for your visit.

By entering into a purchasing agreement with us at 'Burrell's Antique Desks' it is given that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions below.Customer Satisfaction:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase so it is our policy to ensure that you have all the information you need to feel confident about buying from us. Items are purchased as seen on the photographs and you can also view in person at our warehouse or we can bring the furniture to you on a try before you buy option.
Condition of Goods:
Antique furniture will, by its very nature, have marks and some wear and tear evident after many years use. We endeavour to point out any very obvious marks, wear or damage and inform you when we have professionally restored the item.
Our restoration is not intended to produce a 'perfect' piece of furniture, there will always be signs of age and wear on these type of antiques. We will send you more detailed photographs of the item you are interested in and answer any questions you might have.
Before you pay for your furniture ensure that you are satisfied with its condition as an antique piece of furniture.
Insurance Cover:We always recommend that insurance is taken out for delivery or shipping to cover the full purchase price in the event of damage or loss during transit. Please check your policy to ensure it covers all eventualities. If a claim needs to be made because of loss or damage during transit this will be the customers responsibility so please keep all paperwork related to you shipping or delivery. If you decide not to take up the insurance offered by the delivery or shipping company we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to you item whilst in transit.
Returns Policy:
We are confident that you will be happy with your antique furniture from Burrell's Antique Desks, but in the unlikely event you are not happy we do have a returns policy which we offer to our customers. Unfortunately only customers in the UK and the EU are covered by our returns policy. We do our very best to ensure that world wide customers have as much information as they need to make a confident decision on purchasing any of our items.
