Antique Oak Gothic Revival Open Book Case

This freestanding antique oak open book case was made in the Gothic Revival Style of the mid-19th Century in the manner associated with A. N. W. Pugin. The shaped sides show the exposed tenons of the top and bottom shelves and at the front lower edge have a trefoil cut from the timber. There are four deep open shelves with a fret cut gallery to the top shelf.
