Terms and Conditions of Sale 

It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before proceeding with this transaction.
Our terms are very simple and easy to understand. 
Only proceed with a transaction if you agree to the terms and conditions set out below:
Payments: As a small family business we do not have the capacity to utilise 'card payments' due to the high value of many of items. We only accept direct bank transfers, personal cheques or cash. NB.Direct bank transfers are just as secure as card payments if you have been a victim of fraud or need an arbitrator to resolve a problem with a purchase.

Gaurentees: Our items are sold 'as described' on our website and in the description of the item where sold on other platforms.
If you have purchased an item from us and disagree with the description or ‚Äčif you are unhappy for any reason please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to rectify the problem with you. as quickly as we can.

Under the CRD, you have 14 calendar days to change your mind without having to give a reason.
This right to cancel is also known as the ‘cooling-off period’.
Your right to cancel begins from the moment you place the order.
Your ‘cooling-off period’ for items of furniture starts the moment you receive the item.
You have 14 days to tell the us if you want to cancel and then a further 14 days to return the item.
You will have to pay for the cost of returning the item to us.

We accept returns so long as they are in the same condition that they sent to you. If they have any damage we are not obliged to accept them as a valid return.
Once the item has been returned we will refund you back to the original payment method they were purchased through.
